Non-profit bookkeeping services
Good Steward Ledgers & Bookkeeping Solutions specializes in non-profit fund accounting and budgeting, with audit assistance through annual audits, preparation of reports for board meetings with notes and details as needed, bookkeeping clean ups, and help with grants management: filing out financial paperwork and grant reporting. We understand the unique financial needs of non-profit organizations and provide tailored solutions to ensure compliance and transparency.

Our pricing structure
At Good Steward Ledgers & Bookkeeping Solutions, the base price for basic bookkeeping (2 bank accounts and 2 credit cards) is $250 per month to start. If receipt management is needed, the cost goes up to $400 per month. If there is job costing, department and/or location tracking, or more bank and/or credit card accounts, the cost goes up, as they will increase the time needed each month to do the fantastic job that is required. All monthly clients will receive a package of reports, tailored to their needs. Details are determined in the initial consultation, after which, the client is given a proposal of services with a breakdown of fees.
Included in the price of monthly bookkeeping, clients are entitled to an online meeting to go over reports, if desired, and they are welcome to contact us at any time with any questions or concerns. We are here to help set you at ease and provide you with the quality product that you deserve!
